# What is LogicNets?

LogicNets is a no-code design platform that allows you to create smart decision-support applications that simplify complex tasks or procedures and automate your expertise.

**Design** With LogicNets you visually map your knowledge and break down complicated tasks into a series of simple steps, which you organize and link together. There are user-facing steps and system-specific steps, and your applications can contain one or both kinds.

**Package** Our use-case frameworks give you powerful packaging options that define how your application behaves and looks. These frameworks offer pre-configured packaging options and functionality that speed up the creation of your applications. You can focus more on modeling your specific expertise.

**Deploy** With your expertise modeled in a logical flow, you publish your application and make it available to your users. The LogicNets' one-step publishing process makes your application available for you to deploy on in-house servers or as a cloud service.

**Report** Once your application is in use, a range of standard reports let you measure who is using your application and how they're using it. The system captures data at each step in a user's path through your application, giving your insight for continuous improvement. LogicNets provides detailed reporting, analytics, and feedback.

At its simplest, you have the knowledge and LogicNets is your tool for sharing that knowledge with others.

* Map your expertise into organized steps in re-usable logicnets flows
* Link your logicnets together to form a custom application
* Test your application
* Publish and deploy the new application to users
* Monitor use and record feedback of your deployed application

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://community-test.logicnets.com/release-9/getting-started/logicnets-an-introduction/what-is-logicnets.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
