# Check for Later Revisions

In LogicNets v8.4+, you can check your deployment set to see if any packages have later revisions than the ones you have selected.

When viewing or modifying any configuration, click the ***Flag Later Revisions*** button.

The system updates the Configuration Details grid and displays one of three icons for each package.

* This icon indicates that this is the latest version of the package. There is no reason to edit or update these packages.

* This indicates that there are later versions of the package with the SAME status as the current selected version (e.g. Project B above). Packages with this icon have a newer version with the same status ready to deploy.

* This indicates that there are later versions of the package with a different status than the current one (e.g. Project A). You should determine if you should update these packages.

When you update to v8.4 of the Deployment Manager from an earlier version, you should check and potentially edit and save any existing packages in configuration sets to update the internal values the system needs to determine and set status labels. If you do not do this, the system will flag package updates as not available (n/a).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://community-test.logicnets.com/release-9/platform-documentation/system-administration/deployment-manager/check-for-later-revisions.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
